J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alaska Airlines (Portland, OR) en juin 2018
Entretien
I just submitted my video interview. I signed up for the talent community and on 06/08/2018, I received a email, stating that Alaska Air, is now accepting applications. I applied on 06/10/2017. The very next day, (06/11/2018) I received a email inviting me to do a video interview. I wanted to make sure I looked presentable, and ready for the interview. I took the interview, today (06/14/2018) I did not research the questions prior to the interview, but overall the interview was great. The question they asked were very logical, and questions you should accept with any customer service job. I was not sure what exactly I was going to be asked so I dressed from head to toe. I wore black heels, a pencil skirt, and a black blouse with buttons. I did not have a blank background where it would be quite, since I have dogs and birds so I did my interview in my bathroom... but you could not tell it was a restroom, background was clear and fine. I answered all the questions and truthfully. I am hoping to hear back, fingers crossed!

Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
