I had taken an on demand interview for Alaska Airlines and though you could re record your answer many times. It was a little unclear as to how you could do it individually for all of them, so I kind of botched 2 of the questions and didn’t understand how to rerecord them anyhow. Although you could re-record which was nice and took some weight off the questions.

So far, I applied and took a test about 50 questions long. I was then emailed about scheduling an hour-long orientation. This will take place and be tested on how fast I can type - efficiently.

Interview was face to face 1on1. After that, they will let you know in a few days. But overall, its a good process. Recommend to be on time and to be big on safety.

Entretien
The Interview process took about 3-4 hours. I was hired on the stop after the interview, and completed the drug test/background check the same day. You also have a few start dates to choose from, but this will determine your seniority.
