The interview was administered in three parts. Brief phone screening, in person with recruiter and hiring manager, and final interview with leadership all with a week or so in between. I found the process to be very positive. HR communicated clearly and was very accessible for questions after the fact. They asked for a portfolio and writing samples. They also included reflection questions about how I handled different scenarios in the past. There was also a role related skills test.
