I applied in May, 2016. They wanted all applicants to submit by May 1st, 2016. About a week or so later i received an email saying i was selected to do a "Hirevue" online interview. The Online interview must be cmpleted within 3 days of recieving the email or you withfraw your application.The online interview are pre-recorded questions that are asked by a interviewer. you have about 2 minutes to complete each question so make it perfect. Prior to the actual interview you do have the option to practice. they give about 3 of the actual questions that are in the interview to practice with. Once you choose to start the final interview you cant re record or go back. make it informative and brief. Answer truthfully. After i completed the interview i didn't hear back for nearly 3 months. i just figured i wasn't selected. The called me today (July 25, 2016) to tell me i have been selected for and in person interview in Seattle, WA on August 10, 2016. Super excited about i will let you know how it goes. I have some senior FA friends coaching me on the group/2:1 interviews so hopefully it goes well.

Entretien
Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
