I applied online, a few days letter I got an email for a digital interview. It went great easier than I thought. After digital interview a few hours later got a call to set up for a person interview. Online digital interview is a new set up, you are to record yourself after being asked an interview question. They give you 20 seconds to prepare for every respond. After that you wait for a call to move on to the next process. Good luck

I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .

Very simple, easy, and straight forward. All you have to do is go into the interview, and be yourself. Smile a lot and show the recruiters why you are the right person for the job
