Applied online. Was called to set up phone interview very soon after. Had the interview on Monday and was told they would do call back for in person interview the following week. Actually called two days later to set up interview for Tuesday. Was told they were hoping to make decision by the end of the week. Was offered the position less than 24 hours later! Wonderful experience. The process went very quickly.
