Multiple rounds of interviews, everyone was very nice, felt as though they really wanted to get to know you. Interviewed by both people within the department and outside the department for overall culture fit.

First a video interview by HR (20minutes) for background check, then another video interview by senior legal counsel (45mins), then three intensive rounds of interviews by the legal team, and then three cross-functional interviews for core values.
