They were very kind and thorough. Very focused on company values. The downside is they ghosted me after two interviews, which was a bummer since I was excited about the position.

It was a quick process - I submitted my resume, there was writing sample email exchange, a phone interview and an in person interview. I met with about 6 people, either 1 on 1 or in pairs. Everyone was very nice and passionate about the work they do. The questions were pretty typical, with a few surprises thrown in.

It felt very forced as if they were just going through the motions. I felt like there was likely someone already being considered and the interview was a formality or an exercise that wasn't expected to result in an offer.

They reached out for me to complete their video interview. I didn't make it past the video interview round. The interview was confusing as it showed the question and then gave you about 15 seconds to think before responding.
