6 rounds of interviews - 1st with Recruitment 2nd with Hiring managers, 3rd & 4th with the team members Last 2 were with random 2 people from the company for company core values which you should review and be familiar with. Provide scenarios of real-life experience in your core value.
Had to go through a series of questions, including doing video responses to questions pertaining to customer service. Different scenarios were provided, and had to provide how one would respond to these.
