The whole process took about 1.5 months including the waiting period after the interview. The recruiter contacted me for a phone interview about 2.5weeks after the online application. Onsite interview about a week later with the direct team members. I had a trip scheduled and they were nice enough to work around my schedule. 3 Interviews with 2 managers and 1 team member, 30-45 mins each. The office was colorful and decorated cheerfully but was super cramped and noisy as hell. The people were so noisy that it became a little distraction from time to time during the interview even when we were sitting in a conference room. The place seriously needs some noise control. I followed up with the recruiter about 3-4 days after the interview and she told me they were still deciding. I followed up again in the next week and she told me the same thing. Finally I heard I got declined. Supposedly I was going to have another set of interviews with other Airbnb employees outside the group if the interviewers liked me enough. During the whole waiting time, the recruiter was very professional and was apologetic about the delay. Neutral experience overall.
