Entretien
Well, the first time that I applied I had 4 interviews, the second time ( the successful one ) I had 3 interviews which I going to describe now.
The first interview of these 3 is in a group. Basically, I met up with successful applicants in the location provided by the company ( not the office ). We were all sat on the chairs and one by one had to stand up, saying his name, where coming from and a Fun Fact. After that, we were split into small groups were we had to go through fake scenarios ( incoming call from Customers / Interviewers ) and deal with it so they could see our skills.
After that, 3 small one to one with 2 different employees. They were asking general questions like, where I was working previously, why Airbnb, how do you react in front of stressful situations. Then 10 minutes one to one with a Team leader of CX.
After that, the process was over. I have to admit that changed a lot the process of hiring in Airbnb in the last few years. As i said, when i've applied the first time i had to go through 5 interviews and questions were mich weirdest than the second one.

I applied online, and it took about two weeks to get my first interview. The entire interview process felt casual, friendly, and honestly quite enjoyable overall.
1. Screening Interview with HR
They asked about my previous experience and why I was interested in a customer experience role. There was also a Q&A session about the position itself, along with a role-play exercise based on a real customer support scenario.
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
After passing the first stage, I completed an online assessment. The hiring manager interview focused more on practical customer support situations and role-play exercises involving real-case scenarios.
3. Final Interview
The final round mainly focused on core values, culture fit, and my passion for the role.

Entretien
It was a pretty straightforward and fun experience.
1. Video interview (recording)

3. Hiring meetup (similar to an assessment centre)
4. Core value interview
I did not pass the Hiring Meetup, probably because I was too honest about my intention that I might not stay in the customer experience team for very long period (3-5 years).

Applied through Social Media, they sent me a little assignment, then had screen call with manager, went onsite and had 4 interviews with different people of the team.
