Recruiter contacted me, after that, we did the first of two phone interviews. The second interview was with an Airbnb engineer, after introducing himself and letting me know he hadn't look at my resume or anything about my background he said we didn't have much time so he proceeded to ask me a coding question. That's right, he didn't let me introduce myself or anything, straight to the coding exercise. At the end of the interview he again said we didn't have time as he needed to go to another interview - so I still pushed to at least have a chance to ask one question which I did, but I felt pressure and honestly a little bit frustrated by the interviewer's lack of interest about me, my experience, story, etc.
