Interview on Skype with a representative of localization team, a very friendly person, talked about my previous experience and translation background. Next stage: translation test comprising several sections: translating a blog article, Youtube video captions, adverts, etc.

Their recruitment process starts with an unpaid, several-hour long test (possibly the LONGEST test I ever did - took me almost a day) for which you get zero feedback, even if the test is good. Their recruitment is a joke. Showing no respect for people who want to work for them.
