Very long process : 9 interviews over more than 4 months.
The scope of the position was not very well defined and I had to speak with 7 different persons.
Some of the interview were more like a discussion, other really like a exam.
A bit ridiculous to be honest...
I then had to wait 3-4 weeks to receive a standard email with a negative reply, and a 55euro voucher to use on the website... After 9 interviews, I was expecting a bit more detailed (and respectful) feedback.

What do you think about working on the evening or week end ?
I went through 3 interviews and 1 written test. Initially, I was told that I would meet with the hiring manager's manager, but this was suddenly cancelled, and a few weeks later, the internal recruiter informed me that they had hired another candidate. This was quite disappointing, given the hours of preparation that I had put in, but it is a tough market for candidates right now.
The interview was a relaxed and positive conversation, creating the impression it went well. However, it ultimately led to a rejection without any feedback or explanation, leaving the outcome unclear.

Entretien
Interview process is lengthy - was told it's about 8 rounds and takes about 1-2 months. They ask questions relating to the core values and basically see how to would deal with certain situations
