J'ai passé un entretien chez Air Space Intelligence
Entretien
Process was long, partially due to rescheduled interviews. Everyone I met was nice and interesting. First interviews were closer to (but not exactly) typical leetcode and system design. In-person interviews were more abstract design problems. The in-person was actually pretty interesting and crafted to reflect the kind of work they do day-to-day. I would not describe the process as difficult, but it was exceedingly thorough.

Horrible, honestly the suggested pay does not justify the given interview level of a FAANG company. Would not recommend using time interviewing here and to look elsewhere for more pay.

Phone call with recruiter.
Then talk with CTO.
Coding problem and then system design.
Everyone I met with talked like a frat bro. CTO didn’t even have enough respect to be in a room with proper WiFi. I could barely hear him. The coding interview was the worst experience I’ve had so far. They were completely unprepared and tried to spend 20-30 min getting the env set up. 2 of the interviewers just stared at me and didn’t say a single word. When we hit the hour mark, I had to leave but one of the interviewers said “it’s okay we can continue since we lost time in the setup.” There was absolutely 0 respect for my time. They are looking for another “frat bro” to join them. Didn’t get good vibes overall. Pay is FAR below market.
