I answered every question easily and you could tell they were impressed (panel and prescreen telephone interview both) by my answers and experience. Relatively informal and I was overly qualified for the position (as I had performed it many years ago at Air Canada Cargo and have continuously improved my experience level, knowledge and skill over the following years.)

1-Technical questions pertaining to the job function i.e. describe various scenarios and improvements that you have had to make to a process and how did it affect operations
