I got a phone call next day I applied. Not difficult questions were asked, interviewer was very nice. I passed this screening and was invited to attend an in person interview . I canceled a few days later because of low salary. Wish Air Canada pays more, so more multilingual applicants will be willing to work for them.

The interview process was very professional and you may go through multiple applications if you speak more than one language. This is wonderful because it will help you be qualified for more things in the industry.
