An incredibly long process where I had a total of 7 different interviews including a case study. Was told I was "too enthusiastic" for the role after being in the process for 10 weeks. It's a long time in the process to be rejected due to a personality trait that was apparent from the first interview.

The process had 7 stages, including an assignment. I only got to the 2nd stage. There is a feedback given at the end of the process, that explained why I did not pass
