When your manager asks you to send her the email before reaching out to a customer (and you have +10 years of work experience), you know you’re not in the right place. There are some awesome and smart people, but also a bunch of inexperienced managers that were simply part of the first employees. Toxic management, everyone is aware of it and no one cares. Not everything that’s bright is gold. Worst professional experience in my career. I was relieved to learn it wasn’t me as I see many people in the same situation. You deserve better !
