Not sure what's happening at Adyen. Recruiter ghosted me. Radio silence! Did not show up for the first call so I rescheduled and got ghosted again. Really bad experience and a very unprofessional way to run a company.

Two days after submitting my application, I had a recruiter call scheduled. However, the recruiter failed to join the call. Despite emailing her, I received no response. After a couple of days, I emailed her again, giving her the benefit of the doubt that there might have been an emergency. Unfortunately, I never received a response from her. It is disconcerting to note that the company brags on its website about responding to applications within five days, yet my experience was quite the opposite. I was eagerly anticipating the interview, but the entire experience was unpleasant, and it is extremely unprofessional and unethical for the company to behave in this manner.
