I only got 2 rounds: -interview with Recruiter, was asked the general questions, with emphasis on Why Adyen, What did you like the most in your career, What did you do at each role -interview with recruiter and Hiring Manager, had only 2 tasks- to create a hiring strategy + to explain how and why I would prioritise in a particular way the recruitment leads So very general questions, the rejection reason was because I didn’t say that I would take some actions that were my strengths, clearly described in my resume, yet also in the 1st interview. So superficial approach to interviewing that leads to lack of possibility for the person interviewed to be good. For me, only average people would pass it, so maybe average people they need

It went well and the recruiter made me feel comfortable even explained in brief about how the company works and what they are looking for.She was empathetic ,direct, thorough at the same time
