You apply and receive a link for a phone call. 15 min scheduled. Recuiter called me 10 min earlier, I missed it. He never called back, left no messages, never anwswer when I tried to call back. They just don't care and place so many call in the end they get what they want.

Interview process was well-structured initially, and the HR conversation created strong expectations around fit and progression.
However, after the second interview, the process ended with a standard rejection email and no personalized feedback, even after a follow-up request.
While I understand that companies cannot always provide detailed feedback, greater transparency and consistency between early-stage messaging and final communication would improve the candidate experience.
First interview with recruiter, Online（30m）.
Second interview with Line manager, Online（30m）
If these will be passed, candidate need to submit assignment which is related with applied role before next interview
