The company sets expectations properly: you can see the expected stages, learn about the Adyen formula and how much they care about the candidates fit to the company culture and ethics. The Investor's Day recording gives a great overview of company business units, its plans and strategy - watch it, it helps you ramp up for the interview really well. I have networked with some 4 or 5 graduates from my programme who were working in Adyen and got their advice about the interview process. Adyen recruiter will likely ask about the Formula, which of its rules is the most relatable to me, or the opposite, what is the most challenging for me. That said, my experience with the interview was terrible: the recruiter has asked just a few most general questions not related to the role content. 15 mins into the interview, they suggested I ask my questions, but was able to answer only the first one: - Is it a new role or a replacement? - To which role has the previous person transitioned? - What made the previous person successful in that role? - What is expected of me in the first 6-12 months and how will my success be measured? So, not being able to answer my questions, the recruiter said I would get detailed feedback after every round and the next business day, first thing in the morning, I got a rejection without any feedback. No culture-related or behavioural questions were asked.

Interview with the recruiter to get an overview of the role and team, followed by an hour long case study presentation, and then a round of interviews with members of my team and the cross-functional team. You also interview with a senior leader.
