3 - Take home assignment - Good
4 - Technical Interview - Best
5 - Formula Interview - Average
6 - Board Interview - Worst
I got positive feedback in all the interviews and got rejected in the board interview. Unfortunately, I got the CEO for my board interview. He asked me some irrelevant questions and rejected the application.
Please don't waste your time applying to this company. They don't care about your technical skills or leadership skills. even if you succeed in everything. The CEO will come up in the final interview and reject you for no reason.
What is the point of having this many rounds just to get rejected by the CEO? First, he should follow his own so-called formula to respect the candidate. Finally, he ruined the whole interview process. I waster my 2 months without considering about other opportunities.

I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.

Based on the job description, which required skills does this person have?
Pretty standard in tech company in NL. This what was the recruiter told me:
- Apply through job portal
- Recruiter call
- Tech interviews
- Offer
I failed after some interviews and no feedback despite asking
Eliminated at Recruiter screening, apparently I did not answer what the recruiter wanted to hear exactly, they come with a script that they read and I suppose your answer is also written in the script, fail to say the keywords and they elimnate you.
Recruiter clearly was on a rush and did not even explain next steps properly.
