The HR approached me very fast, from submiting CV till first interview took only about 1-2 days.
I was interviewed by the guy who was in singapore.
During the interview he sometime seem to be interrupted by his coleagues. It made me very uncomfortable.
He asked me for the current salary and arbitrarily added about 10% into my current salary and told me that it would be what we can pay you.
Advices: Company and candidate should act like partners not like giving and begging and HR should have awareness of who he is in the company. I dont think he is the founder of the company but he behaved like that. (lol)
I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.
