2 interviews in total. First one was general discussion and introduction about role and company, the second one was more technical. They asked me how I normally start to troubleshoot, what kind of tool i use. They didn't ask details but how you think. The decision was made 1 week after.

open question, give me an example of one customer network and a problem they had, ask me how I would start to troubleshoot
Online application followed by video conference with an HR. The HR was late for the interview, after he joined the video conference he was chatting with other people and not really paying attention to what I am saying. Asked if my current colleagues would think that I am helpful member of the team. Got angry when I told him that although I hope so, I can't say for sure as I can't to speak on other people's behalf and that the self-reflection is not always correct. I guess giving honest non-standard responses to silly standard HR questions is not something appreciated. Got mail few days later that they won't proceed further with technical screening. Overall silly and unpleasant experience.
