I had a great experience during my interview process. My recruiter was very enthusiastic and up beat about our meeting. I learned a lot of information about what my section (Verifications Agent) does and it made me eager to want to get started at it. My second interview was a very positive vibe. It made me feel comfortable and I left with and uplifting spirit.

What do I think is a good form of customer service?
It was really good. Good vibes easy going and can easily communicate and seem like they really listened to what I was saying . No random questions. Pretty straight forward.

Entretien
From the moment I was contacted by email by Brittney Cleaves to the moment I interviewed in person with her and Alaina Bond, I felt as if my skills were truly taken into consideration and that I was truly wanted for the position. I was not the one to apply but I was contacted by AF which made me feel even more valued. The entire experience felt real and it felt like I was not another interview but someone that can really bring more value to the company.
