The interview process was very streamlined. After passing the recruiter screening, I met with the hiring manager for a design case study walkthrough. After that, I met with a panel of designers on the team for a panel interview.

Half-day interview starting with group presentation, followed by 1:1 interviews. Be prepared to show and discuss work, but keep it short and on point. Be direct and answer honestly. Be prepared for a slow turnaround on replies for gettimgbthe interview set up, and follow up.
