The HR recruiter took the first round. The questions were to rate on the each subject the job was looking for, it went around 30 min. The recruiter mentioned that the candidate preference was in Utah location but this interview is for a back up candidate, I never heard back from the recruiter after the call even after the reminder email few weeks later. Later I got to know internally they went with the Utah local person.
