Completed two interviews (recruiter screening and manager interview) before being ghosted. Interviews went well and were typical questions - Tell me about what you're looking for? Why Adobe? What's your interest in AI? I saw later than they'd laid off recruiters and reached out to the manager to see if they were still hiring but got no response. Months later I still haven't received a rejection email so 🤷‍♀️
