J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Adobe
Entretien
I was so excited about the opportunity to join Adobe and to possibly land my dream job. Overall, every single person I met with was really kind and genuine - recruiter, HM, peers, and VPs. The whole process took just under 3 months, with 6 rounds of formal interviews. 1 recruiter screen, 2 meetings with the HM, 2 days of interview loops with 5 potential peers, 2 short calls with senior execs

Question 1
Lots of questions about my functional skillset, structure of my current team, not as many leadership questions as you'd expect given the level of the role
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Adobe (San Jose, CA)
Entretien
The interview process was extensive. I met with more than a dozen people over the course of four weeks. This is understandable given how highly-matrixed the company is, and makes sense understanding how the company operates.

Question 1
How experiences outside of tech could translate into working at Adobe?
The interview process was smooth and timely. There were no long periods where I didn't hear from the recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the entire process and called to check in every step of the way.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Adobe (Maidenhead, Angleterre)
Entretien
Strange process. Not given info as to what was expected or the process. Just had to rock up and see what happened. which is fine but not so great when you see what was asked...

Question 1
They basically wanted me to detail a marketing plan for one of their business divisions (Adobe Stock photos), right off the bat, first interview, without any prior advice to prep anything.
