Had 5 rounds of interviews. All had DS algo questions. First round was specific to domain and had DSA question Second and Thrid were specific to DS and algo only. 4th was managerial 5th was director level.

The process consists of 2 parts: 1 call with the Hiring Manager (1hr) and 1 call with the future Team Lead (1.5hr). During the first call, we discussed my CV and previous experience. Before this call, I was given a take-home assignment to build a small fullstack application using React and Node.js. The second call was focused on discussing my solution with the Team Lead. I didn’t pass the first round. After the conversation, I was given an additional task: to propose the best way to handle different events with varying priorities. You weren’t expected to write any code — just explain your approach. This question was meant to evaluate your understanding of data structures and algorithms. As for the project itself, it didn’t seem particularly interesting. The team in Warsaw is small, and they don’t have an official office here. While Adobe is a large company with many exciting projects, it seems that Poland isn’t currently a focus area for them.
