I was referred by a Talent Partner and the whole process took 2 weeks from my first phone screen. There was a take-home test related to the role that took a couple of hours to complete. I received feedback the next day and moved onto the panel interview phase where I met with 4 team members from various TA teams and different seniority levels. The panel interviews were a lot more casual than I anticipated and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with each person. Most of the questions were personality-based. I let them know I had an offer pending with another company so they moved quickly and I had my final interview the following day. Overall, I was extremely impressed with how streamlined the interview process was.

Q. What feedback would your current manager give you?
First round phone call with a member of the team, then a sourcing project (given a job description and some questions and instructed to find a few candidates that would be a good fit), followed by 4-5 30 minute video calls with other members of the team and leaders.

I had a very smooth interview process. Communication/expectations were clear from the get-go, and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with all the interviewers. I could tell that my interviewers took proper measures to prepare relevant and engaging questions and were always mindful of time so that I could ask my questions at the end. Overall, I had a very positive experience interviewing at Adobe!

Made it to the final round of interviews and was told throughout my entire process that transparency and communication was vital to creating a positive candidate experience. Unfortunately, I did not receive either. I had made it to the final round and as the weeks went by, I did not receive feedback or even a “we went with another candidate” message. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in all of it, as I have only ever heard good things about Adobe.
