      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Adobe (Hyderâbâd) en mars 2016

      Entretien

      The interview went well with the HR and two managers, one from the UK office and another from the US office. I know I am no body to question when I might have given just not the accurate answers to the manager sitting at Noida. I wouldn't have got any regrets if I was not selected for any reason, however the attitude and unprofessionalism thrown was not good. After keeping calm for many months, I felt like writing a review on how a manager sitting at Noida had the interview scheduled with me over Skype, never started his own camera. I was being interviewed where I was visible but he was not (my bad I never asked him to start the camera, however in an interview for at least 20-30 mins, Mr. manager didn't notice at all that his camera was off). I was told multiple times over the interview that they were not looking for a Genius. I wonder what were they looking for? I know that I am not a genius or someone with IQ of below average either. I was asked over and again about which BPU of HCL I was working for when my resume clearly stated it was HCL Technologies Ltd and this question arose from the fact that my resume had Wipro BPO clearly mentioned as my first job. Why on earth I would hide my BPU in my second job when my first job clearly states which BPU I have worked for? It was a complete dejection. I always dreamt of being part of such an esteemed organization but I think every place has people after all and there is no dearth of unprofessional people.
