On campus interview and a 2 day interview in the office. Interviewer was very friendly. Within a week was emailed about in office interview. Was flown to San Jose and interviewed the next morning. Company tours as well as benefits presentation was given. All four interviewers are very friendly, but this was the general consensus. Found out two weeks later.

Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. The recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening with me, but not only did she show up late, she also started the call by saying that my experience might not be sufficient for the role. Everything she needed was clearly stated on my résumé. If she had already decided I wasn’t qualified, why schedule the call in the first place?

Vorstellung beider Seiten, Details zum Job und Prüfung Personal Fit bzgl. Rolle und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr offener und ehrlicher Austausch über die Erwartungen von beiden Seiten. Insgesamt angenehmes und offenes Gespräch auf Augenhöhe mit dem Hiring Manager

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first round of discussion was with the recruiter and the second and third were with the hiring manager and another team member from the finance team. The interviewer checked my basic knowledge about Financial Reporting and my experience with it.
