Messy, unstructured, unorganised recruitment process. Adobe recruiter reached out with a copy and paste message on LinkedIn (role had been already advertised for a month and had 100+ applications) and then called me and asked me to apply through the careers page. After submitting the application, they sent me some questions to answer - assuming this was the screening part, as there was no call with the recruiter - and then proceeded to schedule an interview with the hiring manager without confirming availability on my side. I was then moved on to the panel interview, which took them four weeks to arrange. Two weeks of radio silence ensued to then receive yet another copy and paste message that they will not be moving me forward to the next stage, no feedback whatsoever was provided. Suffice to say, the role has been reposted again, four months and counting. Haphazard is the right word to describe this process.
