I recently had an interview with Adecco that left me quite disappointed. The interview was conducted by two people, and surprisingly, they were smoking throughout the conversation. I had never experienced such behavior in a professional setting before, and it felt very unprofessional. The interview lasted around an hour, but I left with a negative impression. After waiting a week without hearing back, I followed up with an email to the interviewers but received no response. Later, I sent a second follow up email directly to the recruiter, but again, I never got any reply. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, both in the way the interview was conducted and in the lack of communication afterward.
