I applied through their website.
1st round HR: 30-40 min session questions about motivation, behaviour, experience.
2nd technical presentation: 1 h session with manager and and other 3 senior process engineer panellist. Questions from our research activities shown in presentation.
3rd round: senior manager 30min session. Deeper Technical questions related to the position.
4th round : it was strange it went to VP directly for 30 min session again. My research presentation and q&a from my work. Later in the end asked me send my research papers and presentation.
5th round: it was with Senior director. 30min no technical questions. Explained the job role and asked if I fit in that role. 2 question is about this role requires lot of team work. How do you fit in this role. . I feel they are very subject questions
It's very sad feeling whole process went 2 months. I was intensively preparing for this position. After 5 rounds and VP asked to share my publications and presentation felt it will be positive. Unfortunately they said after 2 weeks the sad news. I received no feedback to understand what went wrong after 5 rounds.

The process is long and time consuming:
1. HR Screening call
2. Line "hiring" managers - they were not sure if they are interviewing for their teams or for which ones.
3. Local head
4. International head
-some HR follow-up exchanges in between.
All to learn that due to economic situation there's a hiring freeze.
All the people and interactions were nice, though the line managers were totally caught off-guard by the questions about their leadership and overall working culture.
