I love working at ASM. Its fast paced but gives you opportunities to grow and develop yourself every day. The work is interesting, the technology is incredible and the people are great.
Its also a really stable employer- in the tech world of constant lay offs, I have never felt a lack of job security in all my years working for the company.
Our CEO and CHRO are awesome. They are working hard to make sure that the path ahead is one that takes ASM to the next level. They both are people focused, make time to listen to employees no matter what grade they are and drive meaningful change with compassion, integrity and eyes on the future.
