Checking English skills and mostly about previous experiences, or questions related to skills of the position. Straightforward. The process is longer for some of the experienced, especially software positions. For business and corporate support positions, the process seems short enough. I only had one or two interviews.

2 rounds of interview before a initial screening, one with managers the other with the director. They asked to make a technical presentation for the 1st interview, and it was a panel interview with 1 phd and 2 seniorengineers and one manager
