J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez ASDA (Chatham, England) en juill. 2015
Entretien
I was invited to a group interview. There were 15 of us in total and we were split into three groups, we then had to get into pairs within the group and ask each other their name, age, why they want to work for asda, an interesting fact about them and what two people would they want to be with if they were stuck in a lift. After that we then had to advertise a product in our groups. My group had a cup to advertise and we had to do a jingle as well. The group interview as great fun, it's important to throw yourself into it and try to make yourself stand out with out coming across as overpowering. After that, we went on to our one on one interviews. I wasn't asked too many questions and it was more like a chat really. The interviewer seemed very happy with me and the way I came across, I haven't heard back yet as the interview was only yesterday.
J'ai passé un entretien chez ASDA (Leeds, England)
Entretien
Relaxed and fun, not too serious and some team building activities to take part in. Group work and then individual questions afterwards included. Not too stressful but covered everything I would expect in an interview for a company of the sized
It was a short individual interview with a single member of staff, very similar to other interviews of the same industry, very straight forward with simple open ended questions. The whole process took under half an hour.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions about past experience in retail and customer service, team working etc
We were sat in a room of around 15 people. Around 4 employees watching us from the sides, and one employee leading the interview. They had us first introduce ourselves to the group, and then had us get together in small teams and do little exercises, just silly stuff, such as making a house out of spaghetti and marshmallows. Silly tasks, but what they're watching is how you interact with people. They then showed us a bunch of videos of higher ups talking about ASDA and what they stand for. It was an easy going, welcoming experience. Everyone who was normal got hired.
