short interview, fairly casual. one to one interview. Applied using Indeed, roughly two weeks later received a phone call asking to interview in a weeks time. Lasted about 15 minutes.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
