Applied online at Asda.com to complete the application you have to answer an online test once you have passed this you will invited for an interview which is question based interview in a one to one situation. Very straight forward mainly based on experience.

They were asking to do a presentation and a couple of competency based questions. Unfortunately I was ghosted my the hiring manager after sending 2 follow-up emails. My worst interview so far.

The interview was extremely formal, but the interviewers were friendly and welcoming. The questions were hard and had to take some time to think of answers after being asked which left me quite flustered. Lots of pressure!
