Applied online, had a group interview where we did teamwork tasks to see how we would work together, got offered a 1-1 interview a week later where they asked general retail-based questions

Entretien
A group of us were interviewed all at once. We had to sit in one room and were divided into teams. We then had lots of nonsense team "games" and "tasks" to participate in. If you passed this stage, you then moved on to an individual interview.

Online assessment about general store tasks, they also take your details e.g. National insurance number, date of birth etc. Asda magic/group interview involves typical group tasks. Then one to one interview and 'have a go' session on shop floor.
