I applied online filled out an assessment which told you whether you was successful or not. I was then invited to an group assessment day which had a variety of activities.
1. You was split into pairs and had to listen to your partner and relay information about him.
2. Build a kingfisher from lego as a team. Only one person could look for only 3 seconds and then relay this information back.
3. You had a 1 to 1 interview.
This lasted around 3 hours.
After then you was called back in on a different day for another interview with 2 people. In my case it was a deputy store manager and a section leader.

I turned up to the Asda magic group assessment. Everyone was very friendly. I was the only one who turned up in a suit, I was told that made a great impression at a later date.
We first played people bingo, having to interact with everyone. The awesome were watching our confidence and the way we interacted with one another, eye contact is key.
Then we were split into 2 groups and had to build a house out of straws and then sell it. The whole process is relaxed and nothing to worry about. Be confident interact with others and get involved and you will be fine!!
