went to what they call a magic assessment they will get intouch if i make it to a 1 on 1 interview and then do some shop floor work in the department i chose

Entretien
Initial assessment was done via a multiple choice questionnaire. Some of the questions were related what you would do in a customer service environment based of specific scenarios. After passing this initial stage of the selection process, I was invited to a group interview which went on for about four hours. Other than questions and answers we had to do tasks within small teams and participate in a general group discussion.

Entretien
I first did a group assessment for about 40 minutes with ice breakers and team building activities as they wanted to look at our team working and team leading capabilities led to an individual one to one interview. Was friendly and not too formal
