It was pretty easy and enjoyable. I had a group interview that started at 8am. Firstly, they took our documents to scan. Then we were invited into a room where the actual interview/event took place. We did 3 group tasks/excises: we had to get in a line according to our month of birth, then we had to introduce another interviewee and lastly, we had to come up with ways ASDA could improve their customer service. After that, we filled flexibility forms and were sent out to wait in a canteen for our 1:1 interview. 1:1 interview was fast, took like 10-15minutes. It wasn't too formal, it was pretty casual actually.They asked a few questions, then informed me about the hours, salary, holidays, etc. That was it. They said I should hear from them in a week or so. They have called me and I was offered a position in ASDA.
