If they promise you something as a condition of your employment, get it in writing. Ask about workload, teamwork and advancement. Questions are generic to claims handling. Give elevator speech. Most hiring done thru committee.
Interviewed with three different hiring managers. I felt like everything went well. I was told I'd here back from them within a week. After not hearing anything a week later followed up with recruiter and was told they needed more time, someone was out. It's been 2 months and I'm able to admit, they ghosted me.
the interview process was fairly simple and the hiring process was quick as well. it was a good experience and a good company to work for the transition has changed employers to a new company
