30 minutes phone interview mainly talked about academic background. Discussed the projects I did in detail. A very nice talk but can not figure out you are suitable or not for the position. Seems no offers.

HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.

Casual and efficient. Screening call was casual: asking basic information of you and your experience and telling you about the position. In the next interviews they gave more role specific questions.
