Extremely Bad. Please do not even attempt 1. My interview was scheduled to start @ 10:00PM however it started around 2:00PM 2. They scheduled my final telephonic round for the next day @ 6:00 PM with Procurement Manager waited to till 10:00 PM still no call tried to contact the HR but they never answer the call. 3. I received the call next morning from HR stating the manger was not free hence he will take the interview tomorrow. Same thing happened again waited for the call and there was nothing. 4. Third time was the success. I even got selected. 5. Then the best thing happened, i told them my expectation was 7.0LPA and still they dared to offer me 5.5 LPA which was just 50K more then what i was withdrawing. So guys this was what happened with me and this was the worst process/ company/HR i have ever encountered. Now until you too want to have the same experience that i did and post a similar review. I suggest do not even go for an interview as it is waste of your time since they do not give a **** about your time. Upper management folks of AIG. Superb decision of collaborating with GENPACT. This what you will get.
